Implementation Plan
This plan sets several milestones for tasklist
module development. It does not cover QA, documentation
and other related tasks.
Prototype Milestone
Date: 2nd December 2003
Dependencies: UI specification
Criteria: demoable functionality
Prototype implementation of all functionality
providing usability and perceived performance feedback.
Review Report
Beta Milestone
Date: 16th December 2003
Dependencies: communicated at all levels
Criteria: module added to regular build
Code stabilized to such level that
it can be passed to QA testing.
Unit tests in place.
Report
Freeze Milestone
Date: 9th January 2004
Dependencies: graphics delivered, functionality tests written
Criteria: test specification passed
Code internationalized, performance addressed,
dirty hacks removed or evaluated. No enhacements
behind this point only bug fixing. Code base
prepared for freeze branching. Final module
packaging layout.
